German HEYL online hardness analyzerIt is a fully automated titration method for determining the hardness of water quality. Suitable for water quality testing and control of boiler water, softened water, condensate circulating water, pharmaceutical water, tap water, groundwater, etc.
This is a compact and easy-to-use water quality analysis instrument used for automatic online detection of residual hardness in water quality and quality control of water softening processes. This system controls the selectable limit values based on the principle of titration colorimetry, and provides measurement readings through extinction method. Multiple functions ensure the reliability of real-time operation.
Performance characteristics:
1. The adjustable hardness units are ° dH, ° f, ppmCaCO3, mmol/l.
2. Extremely accurate titration is carried out through a plunger metering pump.
3. Reliable and requires minimal maintenance for operation.
4. Only consume minimal indicators and water.
5. Two adjustable limit values with programmable switch function.
6. Start analysis:
- Automatic periodic intermittent operation (0 to 99 minutes);
- Depends on the water volume (contact type water meter).
7. Supervise the analysis process and issue an error report in case of functional failure.
8. Prevent analysis of 'STOP' from external sources.
9. 500 milliliters of indicator reserve for longer operating times.
10. 0/4 to 20mA analog output terminal, used for connecting recorders.
11. Menu with language options.
